Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. If you’re unable to keep your appointment, please call as soon as possible so we can fill that time slot. Timeliness and Cancellations: To achieve this goal, we have built a team of orthopaedic specialists with roots in our community and with in-depth training and expertise across a wide range of subspecialty areas: Our medical staff is committed to prompt service. But sometimes emergencies arise that force us to make schedule adjustments. If we need to reschedule your visit, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. Likewise, if you must reschedule your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. After-Hours Care: For urgent non-emergency cases outside of office hours, call (406) 442-7094 and leave a message with our answering service. The on-call doctor will promptly return your call. Prescriptions: Prescriptions, including refills, are handled only during office hours so that we can access your medical record. Please allow 48 hours for us to process refill requests.
